Yoga with Carolyn Sargentson

Explore a wide variety of yoga poses, adapt poses so they are useful in relation to your own body, work gently and safely from simple to advanced movements, improve alignment, flexibility and strength, work gently with stiffness and injury. Learn to breathe, unravel tension and energise the spine, develop intelligence in your body, quieten the mind, enjoy small groups and individual attention. Carolyn is an experienced teacher and is certified to teach by the British Wheel of Yoga.

Mimi's Minis

Mimi's Minis is thrilled to present two new classes starting on the 11th September. On Monday we have the wonderful Wills Way doing a great street dance class where your children can learn energetic, unique routines and will present a showcase for you at the end of term, at 4-5pm. On Tuesday we have the brilliant Florencia, teaching your children all different art skills. This class is for ages 4-11 be prepared to get messy. This class is from 3.45-4.45. Autumn Fete 2017

One for your diary


The GNC will be holding it's Autumn Fete on Saturday 14th October and will be open from 1 pm to 3 pm.

The fete will be having it's usual spectrum of delightful stalls and activities: Jewellery, Clothing, Shoes & Accessories, Clairvoyant, Tombola, Gifts, Home Bake, Books, Raffle, Plants & Bric a Brac.
