Hatha Yoga and Mediatation

Yoga is an ancient method to harmonise and balance the energies of body and mind. If practiced with mindfulness, it can help to release stress and physical tensions, bringing joy, awareness and well-being. Our meditative and restorative sessions are suitable for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners. Awareness and sensitivity, rather then physical suppleness, are the key to the practice of Yoga.
