Kundalini Yoga for Overcoming Depression, Addictions & Fears
These classes are entirely focused on shifting our energy from the realm of low vibrational states such as fears, phobias, passive anger and addictions to higher vibrational states of peace, balance and tranquility.
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, powerful technology that incorporates various exercises (asanas), breath (pranayam) mudras, mantras & meditations which may help to clear many mental, emotional & physical blocks.

ALL AGES & LEVEL OF FITNESS WELCOME (in Kundalini yoga we do what we can, it's not about perfecting postures but about feeling the energy)
1-st TASTER CLASS IS FREE (donations are welcome )
2-nd class only £5.00
3-rd class & the following at only £7 when booked as a pack of 5 classes for £35 or 8 classes for £45
