Kundalini Yoga is a Yoga of Awareness and is called the "Mother of all Yogas". It is an ancient and advanced technology that combines specific sequence of postures, breath (pranayama), mantra (sound) and meditation, known as 'kriya' It's nature is to awaken the energy of consciousness. It is a powerful technology that removes many blocks and self-imposed limitations.
Kundalini Yoga is like an express train to transformation, self-discovery and inner wisdom. It is a science of the mind and body, to elevate the spirit, which has no boundaries, no discrimination. Therefore, it is for everyone it is universal.
