Scaraveilli-inspired Yoga

Led by Bridget Thornborrow, with occasional visiting teacher Chloe Fremantle, this friendly and welcoming yoga class runs from 10am – 12pm on Wednesday mornings.

A two-hour class offers a balanced, student focused yoga practice including posture work, adapted to suit all levels, breathing practices and relaxation.

Bridget’s teaching is rooted in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli. This approach adapts the yoga asanas to each individual physique in a grounded and hands-on exploration of the body’s natural movement patterns, working with gravity and the breath to release tension, free the spine and experience greater flexibility, strength and balance.
