Kundalini Yoga with Prembir Kaur

Kundalini Yoga is a Yoga of Awareness and is called the "Mother of all Yogas". It is an ancient and advanced technology that combines specific sequence of postures, breath (pranayama), mantra (sound) and meditation, known as 'kriya' It's nature is to awaken the energy of consciousness. It is a powerful technology that removes many blocks and self-imposed limitations.
Kundalini Yoga is like an express train to transformation, self-discovery and inner wisdom. It is a science of the mind and body, to elevate the spirit, which has no boundaries, no discrimination. Therefore, it is for everyone it is universal.

Free Iyengar Yoga Drop in Class

Free Iyengar Yoga class for people recovering from addictions starting on Friday 27th April at the Grove Neighbourhood Centre. Time 18.00 - 19.00 in the Lower Hall. Suitable for all in recovery from alcohol and drug use. Drop in Welcome.
Required to be sober for the class and the class is not suitable for pregnancy or those with serious medical health conditions.

Learn to breathe, unravel tension and energise the spine, develop intelligence in your body, quieten the mind, enjoy small groups and individual attention. Carolyn is an experienced teacher and is certified to teach by the British Wheel of Yoga.
