Yoga with Chloe & Bridget

Why not come and join this friendly and welcoming Wednesday morning yoga class led by Chloe Fremantle & Bridget Thornborrow, two very experienced yoga teachers, who share the dates between them, at GNC, 7 Bradmore Park Road, W6 0DT. The class is from 10am-12pm, so yes, it runs for 2 hours which allows plenty of time to warm up gently, work on yoga postures with adaptations to suit all attendees and to focus on breath awareness and breathing practices ending with quiet relaxation.
The class offers a balanced practice and beneficial experience of Scaravelli-inspired yoga.

SLOW AND SPACIOUS YOGA

These classes are open to anyone who would like to work gently and with awareness with their body, breath and mind in a nourishing environment.
Classes consist of wide range of gentle yet effective movements and postures, breath awareness and guided relaxation and meditation.
We explore movements while promoting ease, balance and integrity.
We learn and practice yoga techniques that can be integrated into a daily routine. There is an invitation to be mindful, focused and aware of bodily and mental habits
and experiences that arise as result of the practice.

Regardless of age, who we are and what we do, we all need calm mind and a body where we can live in comfortably.

Milena is certified to teach by British Wheel of Yoga.

Classes are on Tuesdays 10:00-11:15 in the Upper Hall
£10 per class if paid for a term or £13 drop-in
