Bridget Thornborrow leads this friendly and welcoming student-focused class with lots of one to one attention and at 2hrs allows time to work on yoga postures with adaptations to suit all levels.
Small class size (max 14) allows for a different experience to a standard gym yoga class with plenty of time to warm up, explore the yoga postures in detail and to focus on breathing and relaxation.
Led by Bridget Thornborrow the class promotes an understanding of self and yoga, taught in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli.
